reaction time distributions

I have some latency data that should follow Recinormal or Fieller's Normal Ratio distributions. I didn't find any packages the estimated parameters or did goodness of fit tests for these distributions. I can take the reciprocal and do goodness of fit with the normal, but I would prefer to find solutions to work directly with these distributions.
