Exploratory Factor Analysis for Complex Survey Data

Hello,
I am working with complex survey data that has probability and replicate weights. Is there a way to account for these weights when conducting exploratory factor analysis and does it even matter whether they are included or not, as long as any factors obtained in the process are then used in regression analysis that takes into account the complex survey structure (via svyset)?
