Dear All
I just buy the book Practitioners Guide by Subal et al on Stochastic Frontier Ananlysis Using Stata. And to be able to use the Stata programs written by authors of the book I installed the ado-files. I equally confirmed that the ado-files is correctly installed by using 'sfbook' command which gave me 'The user-written programs accompanying the book Practitioners Guide have been successfully installed!' my problem now is that I try to replicate the command use in the book by typing :
. use mydata, clear
I have the following error message
"file mydata.dta not found
r(601);
end of do-file
r(601); "
Please what can I do?
