Survival analysis extrapolation and figure

Hi there,
I have run a Weibull regression on an IPD survival dataset adjusting only for treatment (my data were rudimentary and there were three treatment comparisons within the set, coded as 1, 2 and 3).

I now have two questions:

1. How do I extrapolate the data beyond the data that I have until death, given that I have three different treatments
2. What is the code/approach for producing a figure like the one below for a single treatment?

I would be hugely grateful for any advice that people can offer.
