Error or 95%CI bars for poisson regression graph

Hi

I have a simple dataset which has the following variables:
- Year
- Crude rate of cases
- Total person-years at risk in a given year

To get an output of the rate ratio by year, I have used the command:
poisson case i.Year, e(pyears) irr

However, to get a graph by year that is connected, I have used:
twoway (connected Rate Year), ytitle(Rate (per 100,000 person-years)) ylabel(#5) xtitle(Year) yscale (range(0 500))"

I am after getting error bars or 95%CIs of these rates on this graph, but am unable to find out to do this. I was told by someone to use:
lincom _cons, irr

But don't know what to do beyond this in order to get error bars.

Can anyone help with this?
